LifeRing Ireland: Women's Meeting

LifeRing is delighted to announce details of a new women only meeting commencing Wednesday 20th March at 19.30 hrs.

St John Of God's Hospital, Dublin

This meeting was founded out of the needs of women to openly discuss issues including sensitive issues with that may affect their sobriety. This meeting is not intended to create a gender division in LifeRing and all other existing meetings will continue as normal with participation from both genders.

The new women only meeting will take place every Wednesday at 19.30 hrs at Group room C, 1st Floor, St John of God Hospital, Stillorgan Road, Co Dublin. This meeting is open to all women who want to live free of alcohol and other addictive drugs. For this meeting there will be women convenors only. We look forward to seeing you there.

The How LifeRing Works video gives a brief explanation of the central idea behind LifeRing: how to empower your sober self. The online chat room provides an opportunity to link with and talk online to other recovering addicts in confidence, if or when you are unable to get to a live meeting.

The book 'Empower Your Sober Self' links to information about books and leaflets which explain the LifeRing philosophy and method.
